Художник и иконописец Александр Простев, продолжая лучшие традиции русской религиозной живописи, впервые создал столь полный цикл живописных и графических произведений на сюжеты из жизни Ксении Петербургской. Художник не только продолжает развивать иконографию блаженной Ксении, изображая ее в разном возрасте - от младенчества до старости - и многообразном духовном и душевном состоянии, но и впервые создает художественный образ ее Жития. |
